What the EA panel says

The STATUS card on the chart shows the licence line. What each message means:

• LICENSED - all good, a setup is being traded or placed.
• WAITING - all good, the EA is waiting for its next setup.
• CHECKING - it is asking our server; give it a minute.
• ENTER LICENCE KEY - the Licence key input is empty. Paste the key from your status page.
• CHECK LICENCE KEY - the key does not belong to this account and EA. Copy it again, without spaces.
• ALLOW WEBREQUEST URL - add https://zippz.online in Tools > Options > Expert Advisors.
• CHECK PC CLOCK - the computer clock is more than two minutes off. Turn on automatic time.
• NOT LICENSED - this account has no licence for this EA. Check the account number, or apply.
• LICENCE IN USE ELSEWHERE - the same licence runs on another machine. Close the other one.
• ATTACH TO XAUUSD CHART - Gold Ranger and Gold Tide trade the chart they are on: use the gold chart.
• NO SERVER - no internet, or our server could not be reached. It retries on its own.
• DEPOSIT NEEDED - the balance is below this EA's suggested capital (with every EA you run counted). Deposit, use fewer EAs at once, or use a cent account.
• UPDATE REQUIRED - this EA file is an old version. Download the new one from your status page and replace it.
• LICENCE NOT ACTIVE or LICENCE EXPIRED - message us on Telegram.

Open trades are always managed, whatever the panel says - only new trades wait.
