Who we are. zippz.online, the ZIPPZ Facebook page and its Messenger assistant are operated by IRONVOYZ KTV BAR (Bañega, Wally Gregorio, sole proprietorship, Business ID 2024-18891-44), 249 Rizal St., Brgy. 3-A, Poblacion District, Davao City, Philippines. Contact: infotv010818@gmail.com.

What we collect. When you apply as a partner: your name, e-mail, country, broker, MT5 account number and server, the screenshots you send, and your password (stored only as a one-way hash). When your EA runs: your account balance, equity and trades, reported by the EA. When you message our Facebook page: your Facebook name and the messages and images you send to us. When you use the chat on this website: your messages, the screenshots you send, and the e-mail, phone or Telegram name you choose to give us; a cookie (zzchat) keeps your conversation; if you turn on notifications, your browser's notification address. When you rent or buy a licence in our shop: your MT5 account number, broker and server, the name and e-mail you choose to give, and your payment (its blockchain transaction, which is public by nature, or the GCash receipt you upload). When you join our referral program: your name, your contact, your e-mail if you give it, and the USDT address or GCash number we pay you on; a cookie (zzref) remembers the referral link a visitor came from - 60 days, or only until the browser closes for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland. When you ask us to build a custom EA: your contact details, your strategy and the files you send - only our team sees them, and we never sell or reuse your strategy. We count page visits without storing your name. For visitors outside the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland a first-party cookie (zzv, 13 months) remembers which of our pages you looked at, so our assistant can pick up where you left off - no third-party trackers, no advertising cookies.

Why. To answer your questions, guide you to open your broker account, approve your partner licence, run the EA licence check, and show you your own results. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it. Only our team. Your broker sees what you give to your broker; Meta processes the messages you send on Messenger under its own policy.

How long. Partner records for as long as you are a partner and as long as the law requires after that; Messenger, Telegram and website conversations up to 24 months; the zzv page history 13 months.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: write to us on Messenger or by e-mail. Deleting your data ends your partner licence.

Data deletion for Facebook users. Send "delete my data" to our Facebook page on Messenger and we delete your conversation and your details within 30 days.
