Terms of sale

Seller. IRONVOYZ KTV BAR (Bañega, Wally Gregorio, sole proprietorship, Business ID 2024-18891-44), 249 Rizal St., Brgy. 3-A, Poblacion District, Davao City, Philippines - "we". Version 2026-10-24b. The English text is the one that applies.

What you buy. A licence to use one ZIPPZ Expert Advisor (EA) on one MetaTrader 5 account - the account number you give in the order. You do not buy the source code or the strategy. The EA works with our licence server: it needs an internet connection and the WebRequest permission for https://zippz.online, and the licence key shown on your order page.

Plans. Rent for 1, 3 or 12 months from the day the payment is received; a renewal adds the new period to the time you have left. "Lifetime" means no end date, for as long as we run the ZIPPZ licence service; if we ever stop it for good, lifetime buyers are told at least 60 days before. Updates are included in every plan.

Price and payment. Prices are in US dollars. You pay in USDT (on Tron, Ethereum or Solana), in USDC (on Ethereum) or in Bitcoin, to the address and on the network shown on your order page - or, in the Philippines, with GCash. Every crypto order has its own exact amount (a few cents added) so that we can find your payment automatically - please send that exact amount; if your exchange takes a withdrawal fee, add it. A Bitcoin price is held for 60 minutes. A payment sent on another network or in another coin than shown cannot be recovered by us. GCash: send the peso amount shown and upload your receipt; we check it by hand, usually within a few hours. An order is held for 24 hours.

Delivery. Your licence starts automatically, usually within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Your order page then shows the licence key, the download and the install guide.

Your right to cancel. The licence is digital content delivered at once. By ordering you ask us to start it immediately and you accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that some countries give, as soon as the licence is active. If we fail to deliver a working licence within 48 hours of your confirmed payment, we refund you the way you paid.

One account, no sharing. The licence is for the account in the order only; running it on more terminals at once or sharing it ends it without refund. You may move the licence to another account of yours once every 12 months - message us.

Risk. Trading leveraged products such as gold and cryptocurrency CFDs carries a high risk of loss. Past performance, including verified results, does not guarantee future results. The EA does not guarantee any profit. You choose your lot size and are responsible for your account; trade only money you can afford to lose. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

Liability. We are responsible for delivering the licence and keeping the licence service running with reasonable care. We are not liable for trading losses, broker problems, internet or VPS outages, or the price moves of USDT, USDC or Bitcoin. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Mandatory consumer rules of your country stay in force where they apply.
